For over 30 years, we have been a leading importer/wholesaler in the field of creative toys for children and craft & hobby items for adults. Our assortment consists of a wide and diverse range of hobby, craft, and painting articles, creative and educational toys, and games for every individual, for entertainment alone or with friends and family. Our products are sold B2B, directly to the retail market, and through online channels throughout Europe. In recent years, we have experienced rapid growth and have a motivated, professional, and collegial team that engages with our products and assortment on a daily basis. Our office in Hedel currently has over 65 employees. In short, a vibrant organization with driven and creative staff.

What are your responsibilities?

You are responsible for the management and control of the accounts payable administration. In the role of Accounts Payable Employee, you contribute to improvements. Some examples included in your tasks:

  • Processing incoming invoices (preparation, booking, mailbox management, responding to inquiries)
  • Preparing payments, both international and domestic
  • Digitizing the accounts payable administration over time
  • Supporting the monthly and yearly closing processes
  • Other administrative tasks

The intention is that, after a thorough training period, you will take on the entire accounts payable administration.

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Eager to learn, hands-on, persistent, motivated, and independent
  • Knowledge of Navision is a plus
