Due to our growth, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Quality & Compliance — someone who enjoys investigating matters and ensures that products comply with national and international laws and regulations.

The Role

As a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will ensure that our products meet both national and international laws and regulations. You will oversee that technical files contain the correct documentation and assess their content. You’ll also be responsible for following up on testing, making sure laboratories receive samples on time, and that test results are delivered within agreed timelines.

Your daily tasks include, among others:

  • Managing the central mailbox and distributing emails
  • Keeping the calendar up to date with appointments and meetings
  • Drafting, checking, and archiving technical documentation
  • Drafting, checking, and archiving documents to and from customers and suppliers
  • Processing information in supporting systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the department where needed

What do you bring?

  • MBO level of working and thinking
  • Digitally proficient and skilled in MS Office
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Enjoys digging into details and finding things out

For over 30 years, we have been a leading importer/wholesaler in the field of creative toys for children and arts & crafts supplies for adults.
Our assortment includes a wide and diverse range of hobby, craft, and painting materials, as well as creative and educational toys and games for individuals, whether for solo fun or shared with friends and family. Our products are sold B2B, directly to the retail market, and via online channels throughout Europe.
