The Role

As an HR Officer, you and the HR Advisor are the points of contact for all HR-related matters. You are responsible for HR back-office processes, maintaining an accurate personnel administration, and processing payroll changes for all CCG employees. In this challenging role, you will have the space and opportunities to streamline and improve the HR department with your knowledge and experience. You take the initiative and are actively involved in optimizing processes.

Your Challenges

  • Managing personnel files, updating HR systems, processing changes in employment conditions, and supporting tasks such as drafting employment contracts and correspondence;
  • Administrative HR tasks: Supporting payroll administration, recruitment and selection procedures, onboarding, sick leave registration, and other administrative and operational support tasks;
  • Managing changes resulting from HR innovation and improvements, including communicating these changes;
  • Keeping up with changes in laws and regulations;
  • Being able to independently manage the entire personnel administration and payroll changes.

Undoubtedly, there are tasks not mentioned here that will eventually fall under your responsibilities. We, therefore, find it important that you proactively think along and take on certain tasks.

What do you bring?

  • At least a completed MBO-4 education in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity;
  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality in this role;
  • Several years of experience in a similar position;
  • A good sense of humor.

Our assortment consists of a wide and diverse range of hobby, craft, and painting supplies, creative and educational toys, and games for everyone, for fun alone or with friends and family. Our products are sold B2B, directly on the retail market, and through online channels across Europe.

In recent years, we have grown rapidly and have a motivated, professional, and collegial team that works daily with our products and assortment. Our office in Hedel currently has about 70 employees. In short, a vibrant organization with dedicated and creative employees.
