For CCG Companies B.V., part of TCI, we are looking for an Order & Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from the moment they are handed over by Sales and Purchasing through to final delivery. You will monitor schedules, coordinate with suppliers, customers and colleagues, and make sure that all parties involved take the right actions at the right time.

Responsibilities
As an Order & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the complete order process from A to Z. You will monitor planning, keep track of multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that deadlines are met.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating made-to-order projects from order handover through to delivery;
- Managing and monitoring schedules in Business Central and Monday;
- Coordinating with colleagues in Design, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics;
- Maintaining contact with customers and international suppliers;
- Identifying potential risks and delays and taking timely action;
- Coordinating product testing and quality inspections;
- Requesting and evaluating quotations for testing procedures;
- Building and maintaining complete test files for each product;
- Monitoring progress, quality and communication throughout the entire process.
No two days are the same. You will work in a dynamic environment where speed is important and where you continuously switch between different projects and stakeholders.
What do you bring?
You are someone who brings structure, takes responsibility and does not wait around when something threatens to get stuck. You are not afraid to ask questions, think ahead and keep an overview, even when there are many things happening at the same time.
In addition, you bring:
- Experience in a coordinating role, for example within supply chain, project management, order management or sales support;
- Good command of both Dutch and English;
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Business Central is a plus;
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday is an advantage.
Experience in retail or licensing is a plus, but not a requirement.
What can you expect from us?
- A full-time salary between €2,800 and €3,700, depending on knowledge and experience;
- 28 days of annual leave based on a full-time working week;
- Pension scheme;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
