We are growing rapidly, and to support this continued growth, we are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist. Are you the driving force behind the recruitment process? From reviewing applications to welcoming new colleagues, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring the right talent. As a recruitment partner to management and directors, you will be an integral part of our HR team.

TCI is a leading organization consisting of four companies: Troy Companies, W&O Products, CCG Companies, and WOW! Stuff. We supply inspiring, innovative, and competitively priced products to retailers worldwide, including customers such as Action, Zeeman, Aldi, Kiabi, and HEMA.
Our focus is on non-food products, ranging from our own brands to licensed products from globally recognized names such as Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros., Miffy, and Hello Kitty. With approximately 200 employees, four business units, 12 offices, and customers in more than 26 countries, we are truly an international player.
For all our operating companies in the Netherlands (’s-Hertogenbosch, Hedel, and Zevenaar), we are looking for someone who is energized by search, sourcing, and strategic recruitment. We value quality over quantity. You will determine the best approach, identify and engage target audiences, and successfully attract hard-to-find specialists to our organization.
What will you do?
- Spend a significant portion of your time on proactive search and sourcing activities.
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process.
- Map the labor market and build long-term talent pools.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment and sourcing strategies for different disciplines.
- Engage and attract passive candidates to join our organization.
- Monitor recruitment process quality and take the lead in recruitment projects and initiatives.
What do you bring?
You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a recruitment role and/or a related Bachelor’s degree (HBO level). You understand the importance of strong employer branding and an excellent candidate experience.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable working in a dynamic retail business with a high degree of autonomy and constantly changing priorities. As a skilled communicator and trusted advisor, you know exactly how and when to engage with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
