Position
The Sales Support team consists of 11 employees and is managed by the Sales Manager. Each team member has their own customer portfolio.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the entire process of order entry, delivery, and invoicing. You will play a key role in monitoring and improving the commercial process. To achieve this, you will work closely with the sales, logistics, and purchasing departments. After a thorough onboarding process, you will make a significant contribution to the organization and execution of commercial, logistical, and administrative activities within the Sales Support department.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Maintaining customer contacts (artwork, samples, QA inquiries, etc.)
- Creating customer accounts in Business Central
- Monitoring the progress of outstanding orders daily using the order book (Excel)
- Processing orders in Business Central and allocating available stock
- Managing order processing in customer-specific systems (EDI)
- Providing product data in customer-specific forms/systems
- Briefing studio/purchasing teams on orders for artwork of new products
- Coordinating repackaging actions if necessary
- Functionally managing the picking process at our (external) logistics service provider
- Organizing transport for sales orders to customers
- Processing and invoicing outgoing goods
- Monitoring pricing and progress in collaboration with account managers
What do you bring?
For this role, we are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) who can effectively manage tasks and set priorities. Strong communication skills are essential, and fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
Additionally, accuracy and proficiency in MS Office are important. Experience with Business Central is an advantage. You must be available to work five days per week.
